Service overview

Helios™ Mass Cytometer (made by Fluidigm)
It is a device that can detect antibodies that are tagged for metal isotopes, rather than the traditional fluorescent tagging materials. Metal isotopes has no overlap in signal, and is not affected by autofluorescence, which allows it to measure both the surface of the cell and its internal proteins at the same time, making highly accurate analysis possible. It makes it possible to analyst multivariate data, and is suited to the analysis of complex cellular function.
